Fanny Korman is an accomplished facilitator, engaging learners actively in order to maximize learning. Her skills in managing projects as well as analysis, design, development and evaluation of interventions are complemented with well developed interpersonal and communication skills. Her success in coaching groups and individuals to maximize their potential and leadership skills is grounded in the Eight-Step Coaching Model Program for which she is a certified facilitator.
Ms. Korman’s exceptional ability to communicate and relate to diverse multi-lingual groups has made it possible to succeed in the international arena. During the past year Ms. Korman has expanded her international experience through facilitating courses in Singapore, Kenya, Brazil, Switzerland, and Latvia. She has also conducted several of her courses in Spanish to audiences from Central and South America. Ms. Korman has a Masters degree in Special Education from Temple University and a Masters degree in Educational Technology (HPT) from Concordia University. She has participated in team efforts to provide performance improvement solutions including classroom training and web-based interventions for a variety of clients in both corporate and academic settings. |
