| Mrs Fischer career has spanned over 30 years on four continents as a multilingual, multicultural trainer, coach, teacher and businesswoman; working on location in the Far East, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and the United States. She grew up in the US, Europe, Peru and Mexico. After being based in Japan and China (1984-2003), moved to the Netherlands (2003-2006) and is now relocated in Los Angeles. As a consultant she traveled worldwide handling technical activities, negotiating contracts and providing consulting services related to her responsibilities in the mining/non-ferrous, metal trading and high-tech industries. Her international work includes working on site in smelters and ports in Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, Australia, Israel and throughout Asia (including the island of New Guinea). For the past 10 years she has built a career in the field of International Communication and Cross-Cultural Management. Prior to her moving to the US, She taught International Communications at the Hanze University in Groningen, the Netherlands and developed the curriculum in Intercultural Competence for the department. During the same period she offered cross-cultural business training services in the Netherlands and Belgium for executives relocating to China, Japan and Latin America. During her years in Beijing, China she providing cross-cultural management training and coaching services for such globalized companies as CISCO China, ING Beijing Insurance and Real Estate; Kerr-McGee Petroleum Ltd. (China) and others. She speaks fluently 9 languages.
